Sometimes in business, leaders need to accelerate plans and move team members across functions. The willingness of team members to try something new to meet a rapidly changing market, coupled with leadership’s support when they take on new challenges, helps the team to gain confidence and push through any obstacles.

Bert explains that if leadership challenges their team every day in a safe way, and shares the “why” for the pivot, the team will rise to the occasion.
