In a recent article for Forbes.com, Bert Miller asserts that our current employment system is flawed, and he proposes three fixes to pull our economy out of its current situation and get people back into jobs:  Stop treating all industries the same when it comes to stimulus spending; base employment policy on the present, not the past; and build now for the future (including the very near future). ”We need to be flexible and open-minded to adjust to the dynamic changes going on in America’s workforce,” he advises. “Let’s seize this truly unique moment and create an innovative, equitable world of work that works for everybody.”
