In the latest episode of Beyond the Bottom Line, Bert caught up with Raul Leal, long-time CEO of Virgin Hotels and new addition to the Virgin Group Board of Directors. 

Leal, who stepped away from Virgin Hotels in 2020, spoke candidly about his 10-year history with the iconic brand and shared leadership lessons learned from Sir Richard Branson himself. “His philosophy is really to hire the most talented people and let them do their thing,” shared Leal. Having been asked to turn a PowerPoint presentation into a global hospitality brand, Leal knows first-hand how it feels to have this type of total trust.
